General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between the customer and Online-Rufschutz.de, a trademark of WEBtotal.info, Mellingerstrasse 67, 5400 Baden, Switzerland (hereinafter "Provider"), concerning the services offered for digital reputation cleansing.

2. conclusion of contract

By ordering a product on this website, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment by the supplier.

3. scope of services

After receipt of payment, processing begins within 1-2 working days. The realisation usually takes place within 5 working days. An automated and manually checked analysis of your Google company profile is carried out based on publicly visible content.

The focus is on the removal of 1 to 3-star ratingsif they violate the platform's guidelines. In almost all cases, these can be successfully deleted - if they have not been commented on by the customer. If such comments have been made, the customer undertakes to remove these comments before placing the order.

We expressly recommend that in future Only 4 or 5-star ratings to ensure the maximum erasure efficiency of our processes.

We do not need access to your Google account for the implementation. The exact company name under which your company is listed on Google Business is sufficient. The correct spelling is a prerequisite for the work to be carried out to your complete satisfaction.

4. refund and satisfaction guarantee

If the service is not provided as described, the customer is entitled to a full refund. The refund will be made simply to the original means of payment used.

5 Prices and payment

All prices are net (excluding VAT), as the service is provided from Switzerland and is subject to VAT. Payment is made in advance.

6. disclaimer

A review can only be removed if it demonstrably violates Google's guidelines. If Google refuses to remove a review despite our judgement, no further claim for rectification or liability arises from this.

7. data protection

No access data to the Google account is required or stored. The entire check is carried out on a publicly accessible basis. Details on the handling of personal data can be found in our Privacy policy.

8 Obligations of the customer to co-operate

The customer undertakes to provide the exact company name used in Google Business. Reviews that have already been commented on by the customer must be deleted before the clean-up request, otherwise removal is not possible.

9. place of jurisdiction

The law of Switzerland shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Baden (AG), Switzerland.

10. changes to the GTC

Changes to these GTC are possible at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
